As a newbie cake maker who only bakes a whole cake about 5 times a year, this has been perfect. The piping tips were great for decorating my strawberry shortcake. I also plan to make choux creams or cream puffs and they have a great piping tip to fill them as well. Amazing deal for everything included. I am sure things will break down quicker if you bake all the time but for the occasional cake maker like me, it`s perfect. And the variation and number of piping tips and the silicone scraper alone really pays for itself.

Not used yet, but i was worried it could be too small, But no, all the items are ok. well packaged and value for the price. I will use and get back to provide compliment.!

Excellent assortment of very useful tools with good information The rotating platter is the main reason I purchased this I Super easier to decorate and frost your Cakes and ? when all you have to do is spin instead of handling a plate and turning it by hand ( or walking around the table) "LOL"

Got this kit to start getting into cake decorating. I’ve made 5 cakes so far and it has some really great pieces but I feel like it’s lacking a few things that would be really helpful. I love the spinning turntable (probably my fav part of this kit) but I think that longer scrapers would be really helpful and also more info on all the tips it comes with instead of just showing what they look like on cupcakes. It’s obviously a very different look than what you would be going for when decorating a cake. Overall I think this is good for starting out but I’ve had to purchase quite a few things that I ended up needing.

Great starter kit

It’s not that bad, but all of the piping bags blew out at the seam. It’s good for a beginner or for a kid, but get different piping bags. The rest of the kit worked out well.

You get lots for what you pay for. Everything is good quality. Good starter kit for home bakers . I bought because it had a couple of the Russian piping tips in it.

The tips are I find are the best feature in here, alongside with the icing spatulas, and the rotation table. You honestly don't need to upgrade those items once you have it. I would say find a package with those items only, and for everything else find another package. The majority of the plastic items resemble toddler toys for play. When I saw the tbps and tsps, lol...but I weigh everything in grams. The scrapers, love the purple colour, but again, it's more on the lesser quality, still does the same job as a thicker plastic build would. I haven't tried the cake cutter yet, but you do need to bend it in order to get the straps tight, as it does include instructions for that prior to use. I would recommend keeping them unattached when not using. Having the option to have 1 strap or 2 is nice :) All in all, for a BEGINNER, it's a great kit. I would suggest to invest in better quality for specific items once you get the hang of the tool in general.
