Fun and easy to use - but watch out for competitive groups!
Easy to set up and like that only uses 2 batteries vs plug or batteries for each unit. Cords are 3' long which sounds good but I will probably buy some longer ones to have to trade out. Only thing that would be nicer is if you could reset via remote as I had to keep walking from computer to reset buzzer, but if that was the worse thing, this was a good investment for my classroom activities. Only used once so not sure about how long it will last, but really liked the functionality and the ability to identify who buzzed in first.

Top of the line
Works flawlessly just a bit pricy. Never once failed on us. Really great piece.

Great Buzzer System
I used this buzzer system once every week for an entire school year. Pros: The children absolutely loved this system! It was easy to use. Cons: I did have to buy another system about 3/4 of the way throughout the year as the first one started to malfunction. I will reiterate I used it every week (but only once a week and for about 30 minutes, and then I stored it back in it's original packaging). It wasn't completely malfunctioning, but I think some of the buzzers/chords that connected to the main machine started to fail. Overall: I will say I think it was still well worth the higher price, and I couldn't find many similar competitive products on the market (or I probably would have started a bit cheaper).

No more disagreements as to who buzzes in first
Got this for game night with my friends. I needed something like the buzzers on Jeopardy that lock out the other players after someone pushes their button. Not only do these do a great job of that, but if a person answers incorrectly, the remaining buttons can be unlocked and the process continues until someone finally answers correctly. They worked bettter than expected, eliminating any question about who was first to respond. It’s easy to see when the buttons are active and, after one is pushed, all go dark except for that one. If someone answers wrong and gets locked out, their button stays dark when all the others light up again. Everyone loved these, and they made game night a lot more fun! I could have used my tech skills to build something from scratch, but the result wouldn't have been as good as these, and certainly not for the price I paid. I definitely recommend.

Great System for Gaming and competition.
Initially, I gave it four stars. We had a one buzzer that was inoperable. Acology responded immediately and sent us a replacement buzzer. The system itself would deserve five stars, but like most educators, I paid for this out of pocket so I truly appreciate the great customer service and replacement buzzer, which is why I have updated from four to five stars. . For our purposes, we also purchased the buzzer extensions which enables students to stay at their desk while playing. The extension cords are long enough that they lay flat on the floor and eliminate the jump rope scenario and/or tripping. I know that a lot of educators will appreciate the mute button, while it is fun at first, by the end of a long day it can be annoying. Don't get me wrong, it is great to wake a group up first thing the morning and get them excited but it is a great option to turn it off. The battery operation as compared to a plug in cord provides freedom. We can set up a gaming circle anywhere, making this system extremely portable. It is a very simple system to use, no learning curve. This enables the system to be operated by another student as a moderator. This system is a new discovery for me but I could see a reduced version for gaming in the home with friends or an expanded version for larger classroom gaming. We love it. Makes learning fun.

Useful, but can have problems.
Typically pretty good, but has a problem when people slap the sensor at the same time. Loud enough for a crowd. Able to handle a hard slap.

Worked Great!
I used the buzzers for a bible school review class for 2nd through 4th graders. It went off very well. First thing is that I was grateful for the mute on the buzzer noise! That was very important! There weren't many instructions in the box for how to use, but one particular video on the Amazon site where I bought it was very helpful. It made the buzzers very easy to use. I like the mute for the buzzer noise, and I like that you can lock out the person who has the wrong answer so the others can then answer. Both of those were very helpful! I had looked at other brands of buzzers, but they all had reviews about that one falling apart during use. The Trebisky Buzzer lasted throughout and ready for the next round. I came up with the idea for class, found the Trebisky Buzzer, ordered it and received it within a couple of days. It was great and I'm very happy with the outcome. The only suggestion I would make when using it, is to subtract points for wrong answers, or for people buzzing in before the question was completely read. These more competitive kids had fun, but the others felt like they never had a chance. Of course, none of that has to do with the buzzer itself. So, would I recommend the Trebisky Buzzer? I would! Definitely!

Great in the classroom for quizzes
We got this great buzz-in set for games and quizzes in the classroom. It works great, the kids love it, and it settles the disputes about who gets to answer. A great product. The only drawback is that all the cords are only 3 feet long. We will need to get some extension cables.

Genial.
Génial, pour des Quiz en toute tranquillité. Plus de batailles pour savoir qui à répondu en premier.

Perfect for family quit nights
I thought this was a bit pricey but when two of the original buzzers we used for family quizzes broke and after repeated squabbling about who actually buzzed first, I decided to give this a go and I love it. It all worked perfectly first time and thankfully there are now no more disputes. We all sit around a large dining table so the relatively short cables aren't a problem and thank god for the mute button because the noise they make gets quite irritating after a while. In my opinion it's worth the money.
