Sacred Essence Natural Himalayan Salt Rock Lamp 3-4 kg

Description

Benefits may be:  Support healthy sleep patterns. Use for relaxing ambience or as a night-light in living areas and bedrooms . Modern research suggests that blue light emitted from electronic devices and screens can disrupt the body's production of melatonin (the sleep hormone) and upset the natural circadian rhythm, increasing alertness at bedtime, and resulting in poorer sleep quality. Himalayan salt lamps can help offset this, by emitting a warm, red glow which doesn't impact on circadian rhythms and is thought to help signal to the body that it is time to wind down, encouraging a more deep and restful night's sleep. Rock Lamps reported benefits happen when the lamp is turned on gently warming up the minerals. Salt lamps vary massively in variety and in particular size. They are beautiful in stature either on or off. They can be used in any room of a house or office location. Sized generally for a desk / side board or floor creating a relaxing glow when on. How they are said to work is by generating negative ions for better health...... Water vapour is always circulating in the air of any room of your home, this water carries allergens like dust, pollen, pet dander and even bacteria and viruses alike. Salt is hygroscopic, meaning it attracts water molecules from the surrounding air. A large block of rock salt, like a Himalayan crystal salt lamp, is especially attractive to water vapour and its attached pollutants. Once attracted to the lamp, these microscopic compounds remain on the salt and not floating in the air where you could previously breathe them in. The salt lamps slowly becomes saturated with this and the lamp warmth dries this. Salt Lamp Care Notes: Our salt lamps are intended for indoor use only. Cleaning: the rock lamp is required e
