Inconsistent Qualiy - GREAT SERVICE
I am changing my review from 1 ⭐️ to5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. The company responded to my concern the next day and is sending a new compass!!Original review. “We’ve purchased three, two in the last month. All three were beautifully engraved. Perfect baptism gift for our Grandsons.HOWEVER, the 3rd just arrived and has a large bubble. I know that a custom item is non-returnable. They have yet to respond to my request for a replacement. I’ll report & change this review if they do.”The response could not be better! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cheap compass
Cheap feeling novelty quality. Get it for $1.99 on other sites. Seller should not use the word premium imo.

Thin metal preventing any actual depth to engraving.
Hard to read- Thin metal preventing any actual depth to engraving. Added notes/Requests to supplier not addressed or communicated on. Overall nice quality compass with ability to engrave more than most others.
