Amazing. I never really expected to get drinks like the pictures, you do. What's more they taste just like you would expect from a high street cafe. If you want one buy one you won't be disappointed!

I think this is one of the best appliances I've ever purchased. It is brilliant.nothing I can think of that's disappointed me about it!great item and looks the part!!!

GREAT MACHINE. MUCH EASIER TO KEEP CLEAN THAN THE MIELE AND MAKES BETTER MILK FOAM! THE ONLY THING MISSING IS THE AUTOMATIC DISPENSER HEIGHT CONTROL BUT FOR THE PRICE IT IS A BETTER DEAL!

Excellent array of coffee options

Machine failed after 4 months, was sent back the be repaired and then it failed again a few weeks later. Has now been sent for repair 4 times. Coffee comes out weak, the coffee grinds come out like sludge instead of a well formed coffee puck. Have to empty the drip tray every 3 -4 coffees. It is now just an expensive unit to fill a gap in the kitchen as bought a Delonghi table top coffee mahcine which is so so much better.

Machine is over complicated and well and truly over priced for what it is as is the case with all the built in coffee machines. Mine is also faulty so now i have the joy of trying to contact Bosch to get it resolved.

I've had this coffee maker for nearly 5 years from new. I live in a hard water area and as such followed the manufacturer guidelines; full decalcination & clean programme every time the machine prompted and a Brita ion exchange water softener in the water reservoir. Within the 1st year of ownership, I started to experience problems with the unit. Coffee volumes were reduced to half a cup, even on the 'large' setting. Gradually, the head that dispenses the coffee/milk/hot water clogged with limescale, requiring an engineer visit and costly (>£100) replacement. After this, I began to run the 'calc & clean programme a bit more often and to use a double concentrated descaling solution when I did, however after another 12-18 months of use the same problem occurred, requiring - you guessed it - another engineer visit & new head. After 4.5 years the unit has packed up once again and I no longer plan to replace the parts involved. Continued replacements reduce the cost effectiveness of each cup, and it's really annoying seeing your cup of coffee gradually reducing in volume knowing that it's just a matter of time until it fails. The engineer was singularly unhelpful and suggested that this was an issue with how I was maintaining it, but I reiterate: I was following manufacturers guidelines. It's now a kitchen ornament.

Mooi apparaat maar touchscreen is ermee uitgescheden na 3 jaar gebruik. En het ellendig vaak spoelen/ kalk programma draaien. Het is niet normaal. Na elke tien kopjes koffie al een grote schoonmaak is heel vervelend

Vale quello che costa. Facilissimo da installare, l'ho fatto da solo. Si infila nel suo spazio e pronti via! Fa tutto da solo, si la vada solo, ti comunica tutte le manutenzioni necessarie, ti avverte se manca l'acqua, se è da svuotare e pulire dai resti, se è da riempire di chicchi... e fa anche un ottimo caffè! Io l'ho preso in particolare per il cappuccino, e il latte schiumato: perfetti! Il design ovviamente è lussurioso, e il pannello touch con le immagini di quello che puoi scegliere o che devi fare, vabbè, la ciliegina sulla torta! Non lascio quasi mai recensioni, ma su questo oggetto, visto il costo, mi sembrava doveroso! Ovviamente grande Amazon, come sempre, per la consegna e l'assistenza. Dariusz

Je ne l'ai pas encore installé mais il est magnifique. Arrivé bien emballé ; hâte de le voir en fonctionnement.
