It’s a perfect option for someone who lives in area with lot of salts in water or get hard water from the water lines. The packaging is neat and safe. Easy to install, detailed instructions, saves water. Overall 5/5

This product is not safe
This product just fell apart while having a shower and could have hit my head or any of my family members head .this product is absolutely not safe.

Filter is same across the whole Cleo range. Customer service is great. But outer body needs improvements, grip part should be enhanced to be useful for wrenches.

Poor quality
Facing issues within 4 months of use-When I try to mix hot and cold water, the hot water no longer flows through it only cold water comes out.

They screw of this pc doesn't fit the fittings in my bathroom will have to spend hell more to make use of this pls help

The rain shower stopped functioning within 2 months of installation. Even after changing the filter after six months there was no improvement.
