Healthy but a bit too dry
Afraid these are a bit too dry and fibrous for my taste. You definitely need toppings to make them palatable otherwise like chewing sawdust!

The slices are small and each one is 3.3g carb according to the pack so needs to be counted, but I enjoy having something reasonably low in carbs to spread butter onto. 4g fibre per slice.Not cheap, but handy to keep in store for times when the munchies hit.

Nothing but bran, tastes like cardboard, but it feels amazing to have it my regular diet. I have it with peanut butter and banana.
