I'm on my second cycle using this product. I take one packet a day. After my first cycle my period was amazing. No clots and it was very healthy with just one day of good flow. Some complain of tummy ache here in the reviews. I did need to use the restroom a bit more frequently but that was just in the beginning and within a few weeks back to normal. Small price to pay really for a regular clean cycle and it was nothing. Really comparable to starting a new probiotic. Another complaint I see is the packaging, and yes some powder gets such in the packaging but I just put a bit of water in the pack and dissolve any leftover powder and drink that too. The taste is very mild, faint sweetness. I really enjoy it and I'm a plain water drinker normally I don't drink anything sweet. No pregnancy yet but will update if I get my bfp. Usually takes up to three cycles on anything new to work. I'm excited though because after this supplement I think my cycle has been so normal and healthy.

My husband and I are on cycle 15 TTC and I have tried several supplements/vitamins. I have very painful ovarian cyst and I have trouble ovulating, this is our first cycle trying this out. So far I feel so much better I started taking this on the day I started my period and by day two I could feel the difference. I am now 10 days in and I haven't had any pain which is rare because I have pain constantly. So far I have mixed it with juice, coffee and my morning shakes it is flavorless and just a tad sweet I probably wouldn't take it with just water. I will update the review once I've taken it for a full cycle but, I'm definitely going to start buying this monthly.

My fertility doctor recommended this supplement for me. I believe it should only be taken under a doctor's order. If your doctor suggests it, know that it is "flavorless" - or that it doesn't change the flavor of what you add it to. I add it to my morning coffee/tea and to my afternoon or evening iced tea or water. It dissolves quickly into your beverage, especially hot beverages. It comes in 2.4 oz individual packets that are easy to carry with you if you're not home in the mornings or evenings. Because we're not yet pregnant, I have ordered this supplement many times and have never had a problem.

I have been using this product for years and as a young women with pcos I have to say this product has been a miracle for me ! I never had consistent cycles before using this product but I have now for a few years now . I would absolutely recommend this product as well as a few others from this company!

First, this product was recommended to me by my doctor. I ordered through Amazon since I'm a Prime member (love that free two day shipping!). This product does exactly what it is intended do. I have PCOS and needed a little something to help regulate my cycle naturally. Sure enough, while taking this product, I was able to get a normal cycle like the majority of women. You cannot taste this product in drinks. The only downside to this product is the packets, they are near impossible to open fully/get the powder out of. I always have to use scissors to open. The packets make it convenient for when you're on the go, but I would definitely prefer a container/scoop instead.

I’m 24 and I have been trying to regulate my cycle now for almost 7 months. I’ve been having two periods a month due to me not ovulating. My doctor and I have been through the ringer. Countless tests, ultrasounds, you name it I’ve had it. I saw this on here thinking maybe I needed an extra boost plus the medicine I’m taking, so I ordered it and man am I glad I did. This is my first month using it and I’m finally ovulating!!! I haven’t seen lines this dark in my life!!!! It’s definitely worth the buy and it definitely works!!!

Flavorless which was great. Made me super bloated and uncomfortable. Did not get pregnant using this product.

I hope this message is useful for anyone on a TTC journey. A little back story. I learned of potentially having PCOS of Feb 2025 when me and my partner moved forward through my new OB for our fertility journey. The premom app below shows how my cycles have been since March of 2025. The first container I took was Ovasitol I purchased that April 23 of 2025. What I was doing before hand was taking a hormonal balance tea that I do not have listed here because it’s from an herbalist name Krystal you can find on Instagram or Facebook. I believe her teas which I had the baby boom tea and progesterone risings tea is what made me fall pregnant right before moving forward with fertility treatment around the same date as the ovasitol I purchased. I only took it for 3 days then stopped when I found out I was pregnant. Well unfortunately that pregnancy did not last long for I wound up miscarrying labor day week of 2025. Which I learned my progesterone was low and I took the supplement too late or it simply was a chromosomal abnormality. I was so depressed and sad to say the least. So once I was miscarrying I started taking the Ovasitol and I believed it helped regulate my cycle after miscarrying (you can see from March up until May in my premom app where my cycles picked up). Fast forward I fell pregnant AGAIN and found out late Aug. So I literally only had two cycles before falling pregnant again. Well this pregnancy ended in unfortunately another miscarriage end of Sept (progesterone was low again ugh). I was sad but not as sad as my first one. I do believe the Ovasitol helped me to say the least! Oct 2 (as I was actively miscarrying) I purchased the Pregnositol. Since then I have not fell pregnant but I do believe it helped with regulating my cycles really well. (As you see where my cycles picked up on my premom app). I decided to try Myo-Folate recently I purchased that in March. Then you can see that my last cycle was 36 days and I was so hopeful Myo Folate got me pregnant only to have my cycle come. Now i’m currently 2 days shy of my cycle coming (today is the 18th of May suppose to come the 20th). Which is another said 36 CD cycle. I can agree with others this product definitely delayed my cycle and i’m hoping it’s not the case this time but we will see. I got this product specifically because of the folate so I won’t have synthetic folic acid but seems like it’s almost impossible to find just folate anywhere so I thought I hit a jackpot. Overall it hasn’t caused any drastic changes. I have lost weight but it’s also probably because I drink herbal teas that suppress my appetite along with myo inositol. I will update if I do fall pregnant this cycle. I stopped the other two a little while back. If I do not fall pregnant this cycle I think I will use the last two products as they seem to keep my cycles regular and I truly believed Ovasitol got me pregnant without trying (was letting my body heal).
