I've taken Tylenol pm for over twenty yrs without a problem, I tried rest more I was lucky to get to bed, then I slept over ten hrs, when I did awake, I had the worst hangover ive ever had and I don't drink alcohol.

It tastes horrible but it actually works!

It actually works. I typically with take it 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime. It really relaxes the muscles and I get a full night's rest. One thing to note is that it taste horrible; kind of like ass. No seriously it actually tastes like ass. Don't ask me how I know.
