can this be locked from the in or outside?

Why would you lock it from the inside. That would mean that you are locked inside the shed. Are you thinking that this is a panic room?

The side wall dimension are: 39.8 in x 73.6 in. Hope this help. Info gathered from User manual.

Strange question...would this shed hold up if i attached it to a trailer? don't want the roof to fly off on the highway! camping.

It would make a great mobile outhouse, screw a ca-mode through the floor & into your trailer and your set for high speed bowl movements. Be bold! I'd use a little gorilla glue on the seams, but that's to keep the wind down inside.
