I bought this item because it is orthopedic and had good reviews. I purchased this item and absolutely love it. I think it is probably the best purchase I have made in my whole life. The feel of my feet while wearing these sandals feel so great. I highly recommend this for purchase for men. These sandals are great for men and make me feel like a millionaire because of the high quality and feel of this product. I liked these sandals so much that I bought 3 more pairs in different colors right away. If you are skeptical like I was about this product, I highly recommend that you buy these sandals and try them out. I have zero regrets except that I wish that I knew about these sandals sooner.

I bought these for toe recovery. I wear a size 14 in Merrill Jungle Mocs but the 13 in these fit perfectly with a margin of sole to protect against stubbed toes. They are really spongey to begin with especially in the heel so be prepared and fasten them. Update: I sent them back. Too spongey and nearly fell twice. Make no mistake, they are well made. If you like a lot of cushion, they could be for you.

Okay...I'm really torn between giving these sandals a 5 star review and a 4 star review. I've opted for the 4 stars, as I think it will be more beneficial that potential buyers hear what concerns I have rather than the positives that most of the other reviewers are offering. First off, I'm a 61 year old size 11 wide (US) male weighing in at about 215 lbs, and these fit me perfectly. Here are the positives: The length of the top and heel Velcro straps are perfect and allow for maximum adjustments. They are very light and the sole is very cushy. It's almost like walking on air! And, I suffer from Achilles tendinitis and these sandals have a nice heel lift. I've had them for a couple of weeks and have walked (on sidewalks) for about 10 miles in them with no trouble with the tendon. They are very comfortable to walk in and they seem to be well made. And, you can't beat the price! Here are my negatives: Like another reviewer commented on, the sole of the sandal is ridged for some reason, and if you have soft, sensitive soles (which luckily I don't), it would be quite uncomfortable (and possibly cause blisters). I live in Southern California and go shoeless quite a bit, so my soles are pretty tough, but it is still noticeable and caused some irritation for the first week or so. The sandals have since gotten worn in a bit and it has been better, but I think it still could be irritating for someone with soft soles. Yes, the sandals are very light and comfortable, but I worry about their sturdiness on a trail. The tread is minimal and does not appear to be designed for any sort of heavy-duty trail use. I was hoping these would be great for our upcoming move to the Big Island of Hawaii, where I plan on hiking the volcanoes and muddy trails around Hilo, but I doubt these would last very long under those conditions or that they would be very secure in the mud. I have hiked in these conditions with Merrills, which have a very aggressive tread and are super sturdy, but I just can't seem to find a good fitting sandal from them. It may be that I use these sandals for sidewalk use and invest in a much more expensive trail worthy sandal for the hiking. I'll try them out on the trail and let you know.

Holy f$#& these sandals are so comfy!! The second I stood up after strapping them on my feet, I knew I made the right decision to try them. It is difficult to put into words, but I'll try. They feel 'like you would want footwear to feel' under your feet. A little "squish" but not so much that they feel mushy or too soft. They simply cradle your little piggies in a firm, yet yielding cushion of comfort. I've tried many of the popular brands over the years, from Airwalk to Teva and Vibram, and many between. These feel the best on my feet, period. I will 100% buy from them again, and hopefully the experience will continue to top the competition. Honestly, these are my new favorite sandals.

They are well made and comfortable. The sole is nice and thick with great heal protection.the straps all adjust for comfort. They are a good value for the money.

Wife and I used these on a 2 week trip through Thailand and Bali where we spent a lot time walking through cities, hiking through the jungle, and running through airports in these. I have flat feet and struggle a lot with being on my feet for extended periods of time. I have to say how impressed I am with these sandals, truly a game changer. They're comfortable right out of the box and I was able to really hit the trails in these without any issues. Definitely got heavy use in them and still in great condition. We'll see how they do with the test of time, but so far so good - cannot recommend enough.

The hiking sandals are very comfortable, cushey to walk in. Fit good. Easy to adjust to your feet. Upper materials seem very good. The shoe soles started to show wear down very quickly after just a few walks. So I could not recommend them for longevity..

Finalmente dopo averne provato tante ho trovato il sandalo a strappo che fa per me, sono molto soddisfatto e per chi ha problemi al tallone o altro sono i migliori. Unico difetto forse dopo molte ore riscaldano leggermente il piede ma cosa di niente

I was in thailand and vietnam for over 4 weeks. These shoes were the best travel purchase i have ever made. The extra padding is so soft it was more comfortable than most of the shoes i usually wear. Stayed together dispite daily use. I usually wear size 13 wide and i bought size 14 and they fit a little big. I would recommend to buy true to size or maybe a size smaller. Highly recommend and very happy with my purchase.
