Description

🩺 Heal smart, heal comfortably — the future of wound care is here!

COMPRESSION READY DESIGN - Stays securely in place under compression bandages, supporting faster healing without slipping.
PAIN FREE DRESSING CHANGES - Safetac technology ensures gentle removal, preventing trauma and discomfort during every change.
ADVANCED SILVER ION DEFENSE - Starts working in 30 minutes to protect wounds from infection with sustained release for a full week.
OPTIMIZED MOISTURE MANAGEMENT - Seals wound margins to reduce maceration while absorbing moderate to heavy exudate effectively.
HYPOALLERGENIC SKIN FRIENDLY - Low risk of irritation with silver in alginate and sulfate form, ideal for sensitive skin.

Mepilex Mölnlycke® Ag is a premium antimicrobial foam dressing infused with silver ions that activate within 30 minutes and provide continuous protection for up to 7 days. Featuring Safetac technology, it ensures pain-free dressing changes by adhering only to dry skin, not the wound bed. Designed for moderate to heavy exuding wounds, it seals wound edges to prevent maceration and stays securely in place under compression bandages. This hypoallergenic, non-border dressing is perfect for managing burns, leg ulcers, pressure injuries, and surgical wounds, combining advanced infection control with superior comfort.
