It's almost impossible to open this bottle. Any suggestions?

I buy this brand of Pumpkin See Oil and I simply hold the base of the bottle, twist the metal cap and it opens easily. If you have trouble opening the cap, put a rubber glove on you hand and twist the cap . If that still does not open the cap, cut along the serrated section at the bottom of the cap and then twist it right off!

Is this organic? If no, why?

Its not organic. It costs $5000 to certify each sku. We do not have the money. We are small.Amit.

Absolutely, just make sure to check an expiration date. And when opening the bottle just taste , the oil is good for long time.

Does roasting of the Styrian Oil diminish the nutrients?

It doesn't at all. It really brings out the flavor and enhances them. Here is a tip for people who have a sweet tooth. Put some of the Pumpkin Seed Oil in your bowl of Vanilla Ice-cream. This will give it a very nice and tasty nutty flavor. I guarantee it. Enjoy.
