If you're used to store bought meat sticks, these are entirely new and beautiful experience. So much so, that we went ahead and bought the beef teriyaki and jalapeño flavors. I guess we've just been eating flavorless jerky for years and didn't know the potential that these could have. These buffalo chicken stick offer a satisfying blend of flavor and convenience, especially for those mindful of calorie intake. Despite being named buffalo chicken, the spice level is pleasantly moderate, making them enjoyable for a wide range of ages. Our grade school aged child loved the flavor and he can be a bit picky with all things spicy. The sticks themselves are generously sized, and don't let the name of the company fool you, these only have 100 calories each! No one's getting fatty off of these. Truly a great on-the-go guilt free snack. I pack these in my lunch for a midday protein boost. They hold up well in taste and texture. One thing we've always despised was the overly greasy feel and texture of traditional meat sticks. Not with these. I imagine it's becuase chicken isn't extremely fatty/oily to begin with. We live in Arizona and even out of the box/slightly warm, they were delicious. With a long shelf life extending well into next year, they’re a great addition to your snack stash. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty, low-calorie snack that doesn’t compromise on flavor.

I appreciate these for the protein and ingredients but OMG they are so salty and so extremely flavored. It’s a lot. I prefer salty to sweet and love a salty snack but I’ll be choking these down when I need the protein.

Usually I'm not a person who loves spicy food... I can do a few weak hot sauces, but nothing crazy... When I read buffalo style I expected a tangy saucy flavor like you get on chicken wings... This stuff was like a fiery explosion in my mouth! Those jalapeno powders are kickin' it into over-time and boosting the heat way up! This stuff made me sweat a bit... Thankfully the heat dies off quick and isn't an oily hang-around. The chicken is pretty dry - but I guess it is jerky... It's not bad. There's ways to make moist tender jerky... The chicken is well macerated and mixed. It's not pulled pork shredded, and it's not hot dog puree blended. It's a happy middle ground. There's still texture there. The casing is nice and has a medium thickness and snappy pull. The flavor is nice, but the extra kick of jalapeno heat doesn't let the other flavors of the spices, garlic, onion, salt, and the chicken meat, speak for themselves! 6/10 from me, a weakling for spicy foods.

Dry and spicy - Prefer the BEEF (which is so good!)

I love it when something is low on calories and yet it is delicious, that's like a double win and the combination of the two is hard to come by but I am looking at it right here. The taste is delicious. It is not too hot. I expected it to be eye tearing spicey when I saw Buffalo chicken but it's not. It has a good zest to it, but I'd call it somewhere between mild and medium as far as heat is concerned. The sticks are big, and to think that they only have 100 calories, yay, I'll take 'em. I put them in the fridge as I like them cold but they are good either way. My husband loves them just as well and selfish me is wondering why I even showed them to him because now I have to share. Seriously, awesome shicken sticks, whether they are at room temp or in the fridge. They also have a long shelf life, the date shows into next year. I would absolutrely recommend those.

Great flavor, just very dry. Won't buy again.

I felt like I was taking a little bit of a gamble with the chicken meat stick, but I'm not disappointed. Normally, I'm all about the slim jim or similar beef and pork product. These don't have the same consistency as what I'm accustomed to. They're much softer, and there's no snap when you bite into them. But they taste very good, with just a little bit of heat. They're big too – about 7.5 inches each – and more substantial as a snack than what I'm used to. Low sugar and high protein is a plus too. I don't know that I'm in love with the chicken, but I'm definitely interested in looking at other products from this manufacturer. I'd consider giving these a try if you're looking for a lower carbohydrate snack with a little heft to it.

Not as good as the beef stick they have. They are a little dry and leave a weird aftertaste.
