Unpleasant but Effective
I’m not sure if it’s a placebo effect, but I’ve used this for two of my four births and I think it eases the intensity of afterbirth cramping. I feel relief almost immediately. It definitely doesn’t take the pain away, but it seems to the edge off. The taste is really strong. It’s bitter, herbaceous, and not pleasant, but you get used it to. It’s worth it to me because of how effective it is.

Works Amazing!
This stuff was amazing! I just had baby #5 and uterine cramps are no joke! Tried something else with #4 and I literally screamed through the pain since we are committed to being non-toxic. Which means most conventional pain killers (especially in regards to our babies) are off the table. Wish it came organic, but if you take this often and preemptively, it does wonders!

Works amazing!
Absolutely loved these! They definitely helped for the few days after birth. Those after birth contractions while breast feeding. Going to use this for period cramps as well.

Worth every penny, especially after your 2nd kid
I used this immediately after my third baby's birth as it was recommended by a friend. The contractions and cramping after birth is so much more intense with the more children you have, it seems. Well, this immediately became something I couldn't live without. The 2oz is plenty for the postpartum phase because you really only need it for a good handful of days. Taste, meh...it tastes very herbal. I'm on my fourth pregnancy now and already ordered another 2oz bottle. I had ordered a 4 oz last time and it wasn't all needed and either got tossed or expired since. I use this, arnica, oscillococcinum, and weleda arnica body oil to help with those first few days. I usually don't need anything more than that and maybe some ibuprofen right after birth.

Works well, tastes awful
Works well but the taste is awful, might be better drinking it with a little orange juice to mask the taste

Immediate Pain Relief!
I had my second baby a few months ago and this was recommended to me by a friend because postpartum cramps can often be much worse the second or third time around. I found this fact to be true and was so grateful I had been directed to these herbal drops! I'm a little wary about taking pain medication while nursing and didn't have to worry at all about this because it's all herb based. Additionally, the taste is very gentle and non-offensive. I would put the recommended amount in a small amount of water (about one or two sips of water) and still could hardly taste anything at all. I noticed almost immediate results (within ten minutes for sure) that relieved pain from cramping and general soreness. Because you don't need a lot to get results, you can get quite a bit of mileage out of one bottle. I'm very interested to use this in the future for regular period cramps.

Must buy for postpartum!!!!!!
I just had my first baby and this was amazing! I would take it just before/during breastfeeding for the first few days and it helped so much with the cramping. I mixed it in apple juice and it made the taste much more bearable! I am not one to buy things unless I know they work or are actually going to make a big difference. I’m so glad I bought this and you should too! I know the cramps are the easiest for the first baby so I can’t attest to how it works on second, third, etc babies. I’d assume it is helpful then too!

Eases some of the pain!
I decided to try this product after having my fourth child. I rated this product a 3 because if I didn’t use it, I’m sure the postpartum contractions would have been much worse and I’m also taking into consideration that the afterbirth contractions are a lot stronger the more children you have. If I had taken this product after having my second child then I believe I probably wouldn’t have felt no where near as much pain as I did this time. So I am acknowledging that it does work but the stronger the contractions are the less effective it was for me. My afterbirth contractions were very strong and it got to a point where I was taking more than what was instructed. Overall I think it matters how many times you’ve given birth on how effective this product will be for you. You will definitely need to take Afterease and couple it with a hot towel on your stomach to help ease the pain.
