I’m a senior female who has had lower back pain since decades back when I was drumming as a teen. This drum throne with backrest definitely was the ticket. I can now sit at the drums for longer than 10 to 15 minutes without extreme back pain. I would highly recommend this throne with backrest to anyone whether you have backpain or not. It’s good for your posture to have you sit up straight. For me this was definitely worth the money and the quality is amazing. It’s heavy and dense and definitely strong and very well built. As some other reviewers mentioned, the seat is pretty hard, but not uncomfortable, at least for me. And in time, I’m sure it will give just a bit.

I bought this for playing my acoustic guitar. I also bought an adjustable height foot rest. I love my new setup. This throne is very solid, well made, and comfortable. It is perfect. My wife is happy to have this in the living room instead of the armless office chair I was using.

Quality hardware, absolutely! 4 Stars because the seat is a very stiff foam. Some may like that but not me.

Amazing saddle seat for us big guys I weigh 380 and this holds me perfectly really amazed with the durabilty of this thing and its strength definitely recommend and very comfortable

This chair is nice in all aspects except the cushion is very hard. Returned.
