This sealer is the best I have ever used. It gave me the look I wanted. I used a roller for the application and followed all of the recommendations of the manufacturer to the letter. They said to use 2 thin coatings, I did and results were amazing. The coverages on the paver patio was very good. It was much better than I expected. I am very, very pleased with this purchase, will buy again.

Mix properly... second coat lighter because 1st coat does the job! My second coat basically just ran off or made spots. But my rocks dont move unless I jump on them which it makes it easy to blow the leafs out. Make sure rocks are clean of debris or you'll have to pick it out. Its perfect not really wet look but looks good. Impressed

I have used this product for several years and I have never been disappointed. I used it numerous times in the SF Bay Area and it held up great on a large stamped concrete area. Now in Vancouver WA I have been using it on a quartz exterior walkway with concrete between the stones. While it looks amazing when it's wet it only looks really good otherwise. But I still like it a lot.

Gives a great shine, when the sun hits it, it shines. A little harder to apply than other productsI've used, goes on with a white milky look but drys clear. Be careful to not over apply or you'll get some white spots showing through. Overall it's a good product, no/low oder. Pictures are from before and after

Fantastic. So happy I bought this stuff. Cheaper than from my landscaping company. Make sure you follow the instructions to the letter. Apply it in a thin coat and do 2 coats.

I used this in a garden pump sprayer diluted two parts product to 1 part water, as the instructions said. I sprayed all sizes and types of landscape stone and boulder. After two coats I can say I definitely did not get the "wet" look i was going for. The product will create a seal coat but thats not how its promoted, so i give it a fail. It also left white spot deposits in a lot of places, but i was unable to use a roller to smooth it out in my application, and they want you to do that. I applied to a few paver stones in the manner instructed, with the diluted mix, as a test. Looking at these a few days later, i cannot even tell i did this. Ill try this again full strength, but dont have much faith it will work. I cannot recommend this product !

I intended to use this for my porch step and the front entrance based on the conrage area stated in the description. Unfortunately it did not cover as much as expected and I was only able to cover the step (3xt ft) with two coats as recommended and only one thin coat for the rest of the area. The step looks really nice and even after a few weeks it still maintains the wet look. The rest of the area looks better than before the application but could have used another coating. I would reccomend to get double the amount to cover the area mentioned in the description

Delivery was prolonged but otherwise no issues. I tried a small patch on front walkway and definitely liked the results. I will be using it on concrete garden ornaments to enhance their dull look.
