Timmy Turtle sat on my teen’s wish list for almost a year before I finally gave in. I don’t understand the Jellycat thing, but gosh this turtle is friggin’ adorable! He is about as tall/wide as a sheet of notebook paper and very well made. So soft and perfect for lots of cuddles. He also has a weighted bottom to allow him to set upright easily. I was originally put off by the price, but Timmy’s sweet grumpy little face has softened my frugal heart. While I would not go out and purchase more Jellycat plushies on a whim, I wouldn’t hesitate to splurge on one as a special gift. Overall, a perfect gift for an older kid; a little pricey, but you are getting quality....and the Jellycat name if that is important. (And sometimes it is. Because, as the mom of a teen, I know there are times a Temu Tommy Turtle might have been acceptable, but this was NOT one of those times.)

This was bought as a gift for a teen girl who loves this turtle. She was very happy with this gift. It was soft and cute. Shipping was slow on this item but the gift arrived as expected and everyone was happy.

I’m new to Jellycat and already hooked. This turtle is by far my favorite one yet. He is soft, well made, and absolutely hilarious with that grumpy little face. I smile every time I look at him. It’s fun discovering that collecting cute things can still bring joy no matter your age. He’s unique, adorable, and totally worth it. If you’re thinking about getting him, do it. You will not regret it.

Timmy Turtle is absolutely adorable, his little grump face is impossible not to love. The plush is super soft and perfect for cuddling, and the quality feels solid, like it’ll last a long time. That said, it’s definitely on the pricey side for the size. You’re mostly paying for the Jellycat brand and the cuteness factor. If you’re okay with that, it’s a sweet little splurge. Just don’t expect it to be huge or super detailed for the price.

this was definitely worth the buy. i bought it for my sister for christmas, and it’s reasonably sized and priced. it also is the real deal. wish it came with a bag, but she absolutely loved it.
