Very good product

Love not having to add the vanilla
This meringue powder has been fantastic for making my royal icing for my sugar cookies. My royal icing has dried down very nicely each time I’ve used it. Being that this is vanilla flavored, I have enjoyed not having to add vanilla flavor, extract and tinting my royal icing, slightly yellow by doing so. The vanilla flavor is also very good. You just have to be sure to combine your meringue powder with water prior to adding your powdered sugar instead of adding the meringue powder to the powdered sugar and then adding your water.

Need an exchange
I’ve ordered this product several times. When it came in this time, there was a cut or tear towards the bottom and there was powder everywhere. Other than this I have loved the product. When I went to submit an exchange or return, it said there is a no return policy on this product. I would just like another one issued.

Good stuff
Would be great for making meringues or macarons. I used it to make royal icing and it dries very mat, not the result I was looking for.
