Pretty great.
The saffron, theanine and ashwaghanda combination are a base hit. I feel comfy all day. Calm and collected. I am better able to do my daily tasks— I have more patience when I care for my nephew and when I oil paint. I will say that a low ashwaghanda dose is perfect for me. Because too much ashwaghanda causes me to have anxiety. I am also used to taking about 30mg of saffron daily. Saffron helps me a lot with not binge eating or after meal cravings or late evening cravings. So personally it is a must have. And really theanine is a splurge—it causes me relaxation and focus. However the bottle is quite expensive. Finally the smell and taste are citrus forward.

Great product for PMDD
This took place over a supplement I was taking that helped with PMDD. -Helps with mood before cycle begins. There is no taste but it has a nice citrus smell. I have it added to my subscribe and save -value for money.

Really works!
