Where are these clamps made in?

I was out in the shop and checked mine....no label. I will mention that they are showing some light rusting on the bar, although chrome plated. My "Pony" mid-weight clamps very similar to these were made in the USA and show no rust although bought around the same time. But, even the Pony bar clamps from the Adjustable Clamp Co are being sourced in China nowadays. Most of those (Chinese) from Adj. Clamp have a synthetic grip handle as opposed to the previously made in USA versions having wood handles. My best guess tells me that Dubuque Clamp may be the only domestic source for some really nice bar clamps at 2-3 Xs the cost of Chinese with a chrome plated bar (different brands) or the really inexpensive Chinese clamps from H. F. that have no plating. All of these mentioned f-style clamps seem to get decent reviews. I have different ones and have not broken any thus far. You might take a look at the HD version from adjustable clamp, e.g. 3724 HD and see if they are still made in the USA. Those are much more substantial in weight so I assume strength. That said, make good joints and you don't need lots of strength.

Just enter "Bessey clamp pads" into Amazon search and there are a lot of options to choose from. They are packaged in sets of various sizes and include the round and flat pieces and they are not that expensive. I bought a set and used a lot of them and still have some to spare. The do fall off in the field so the spares are handy

With this clamp be suitable to clamp a piece of wood to a work table and take a Circular Saw to it?

Circular saws are dangerous.  If you are asking this question, you probably shouldn't be using one.  That being said, use two clamps--12' clamps will probably work and be easier to handle.  This answer assumes that you are cutting across a board.  If you are cutting sheet goods, like plywood, you will need a different strategy.
