The printer arrived on time and wrapped so as no damage would be caused during transit. I am very pleased with it and would not hesitate to buy another one.

The Good:- I was able to print labels from this and I was able to find other labels that were compatible- It does somewhat work if you have the patience for it- This is best used for receipts and somewhat a label maker- offers a lot of customizationThe Bad:- It doesn't connect to multiple bluetooth devices- I can only properly print one at a time before having to reset it (after one is printed, I have to pull the roll up a little so it lines up)- the max font size on this isn't that big- the app is in chinese (i think) and so i spent countless hours right trying to learn how to make it work- there is no support or guide for this; you can google it and it'll show that there's one available but it's not helpful- it comes with a physical guide but that's not too helpful for all the problems you'll encounter- slow printerconclusion:i would not recommend. though it is cheaper, it's not as reliable and doesn't work the way you want it to. took me hours to figure out how to make it work on the app. This would be ideal for someone who only needs to print receipts and doesn't matter how small or crappy they come out.

I purchased this product for my business and it doesn't work. Wont print correctly and everything is in Chinese. Downloaded the recommended app and it still did not work

When I got mine it was broken and all the directions was in a different language I couldn't read them and it didn't print labels like it said it was little tiny strips of paper

I bought this to use for shipping items to my customers. I had been buying ink for my printer which is outrageous in price & I decided to invest in a thermal printer because no ink needed! This is a huge savings!

Awful item. Not drivers, software or support. This item does not even function with the software it took me 4 hours to find. Don’t waste your time or money

Intentamos con 6 dispositivos diferentes y no se conectó NUNCA, creo es el software, en la caja viene indicado un modelo, en el aparato otro y en la hoja de prueba otro!!! NO LO COMPREN
