Amazing scale with incredible app!!!
This is an amazing product. If you are in the process of getting in shape or not, this scale will motivate to be fit. I bought this scale because I wanted to track my progress as I begin to eat healthier and go to the gym more. I am at the beginning of my journey, and Iโm looking forward to bringing down my body fat percentage and getting my metabolic age down into my twenties. Iโm currently in my late thirties and my metabolic rate is in the early thirities ๐ With the Feel Fit app, you are able to track so many things - weight, metabolic age, bmi, body fat, muscle mass, water weight. Itโs crazy.Using the app is so simple. I have a Samsung galaxy, and all I have to do is turn on Bluetooth, open the app, and step on the scale. In seconds all the info that I mentioned and more is sent to the phone and logged, so that I can track all the results over time. And each category gives you a description to let you know why itโs important and it even shows you if your number is good, bad or average. I canโt say enough about this. If you are trying to get in shape, you need this. If you arenโt trying to get in shape you need this because it will make you want to get in shape. My wife hopped on the scale and saw her metabolic age was 5 years older than she really was, and started exercising again ๐ Great product! I like to summarize to make things clear, so here some things I like and some things that I donโt.1.) Easy to use App2.) Track various pieces of fitness information in seconds, and you can view your progress on a chart3.) Categories are defined in app, so you know why each is important4.) It tells you whether you are good, bad or average in all the different measurements.5.) Scale looks cool!6.) Scale is Easy to use (Just step on it and the app does the rest)Cons:There are none!

Accurate. Quick. Useful Data. So Cheap, but Amazing Build Quality
The build quality is absolutely fantastic. Way better than I expected for the price.Useful note: every once in a while I have had a problem with bluetooth connecting, but I found that if I do the following procedure in order every time it works.1. Make sure app is off and scale is off2. Turn on bluetooth/make sure it's on (wait 5 seconds)3. Open FeelFit app (wait 10 seconds)4. Step on scaleThis product still deserves 5 stars or even 6. I am so happy with this. The fact that every day I can step on this scale and it tracks my data over time in an app for $35 are you kidding me? When my friend told me about his scale I expected him to tell me it was $100. When I found out it was $35, I bought it immediately. Another friend of mine told me: "oh those scales aren't accurate". BS. I have been using this scale DAILY for 3 months and every time I overeat, my weight goes up the next day. If I fast, my weight goes down. If I've been hitting the gym all week, my muscle mass goes up. If I've been running and doing cardio all week, my muscle mass goes down. This thing is frickin perfect on accuracy. I also would step on my old scale every time as well for the first month to check the results and they both give the same number. People who say these scales aren't accurate have NO idea what they're talking about. Like do you mean technically they aren't accurate to .01 lbs like a doctor's scale? Is that level of 99.99% accuracy really going to change anything? This is accurate enough. At least accurate to the nearest 1lbs which is good enough to give you valuable data. /rant

Update after 6+ years of use. So far so good. Love it!!
UPDATED REVIEW:I purchased this scale in September 2019. I have been using it since then, and never had any issues with it whatsoever. I had a traveling job at the time, and this scale has been with me, tossed around, dropped, abused unintentionally, and it is still working as good as day one. Never had any issued with the app connection, It just works. So if you are looking for a dependable digital scale, don't look any further!I just got the scale yesterday and wanted to share my first impressions using it. Downloaded the app and set up my account before i got the scale. When i received it, all i had to do was to sync the scale with the app which was very easy and quick, and step on it and weigh myself. The app takes care of the rest. Donโt see this product as a scale. It is a tool to change your life, your eating habits and etc. When you get a better understanding of what your body is telling you, you start taking care of it a lot better. The scale is sleek, looks like it is a high quality piece of equipment. The app works fine and i feel like this is going to be a great addition to my diet and help me reaching my goal. I will add to the review as i use it more. The batteries are hidden in the styrofoam so donโt toss them out before you get your batteries.

The ABYON is a Smart Scale that Empowers your Weight Loss Program
The ABYON is so much more than a scale. It actually inspired my weight loss program.Being able to step on the ABYON devise and then instantly see on a user-friendly, easy to read, smart phone app, your unique data of Weight, BMI, Body Fat Percentage, Fat-Free Body Weight, Subcutaneous Fat Level, Visceral Fat Level, Body Water Level, Skeletal Muscle, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Protein Level, BMR and Metabolic Age is in itself empowering; knowledge is power. But the ABYON does more. Yes, it allows you to see numerically where you land in all categories, but it also tells you where you are in the spectrum of average health indexes, if you are at a healthy level or if you need to improve. There's no need to cross reference other websites, etc. The app does it for you. When, on my second weigh in, a week after my first, I saw almost all of those indexes improve, it was so encouraging. Trust me, my entire adult life I never stood on a scale outside of a medical exam, To maintain my weight, I would do what I always did fitness-wise then use the mirror to calculate the effectiveness. When I hit 50, my metabolism crashed and everything I used to do to easily maintain my weight changed. With this devise, I have been able to drop 10 pounds in less than a month and better yet, improve my overall health. Don't be afraid of the information it provides. Use it and get healthier. Use it to empower your weight loss program. I couldn't recommend the ABYON scale and app more.

Very cool scale, inconsistent readings (1yr later)
**edit 1 year later: the scale regularly fluctuates wildly now; Iโve changed the batteries a couple of times to be sure. I weighed myself yesterday, and then this morning and it said Iโd lost 6 lbs .. thought maybe it was my clothes so I got back in the same outfit and now itโs 6.5 lb lower (I always make sure itโs flat on solid ground). Assuming it may just get less accurate with timeIโve had the scale for a couple months now, I love the sync with the app itโs been so helpful for working out/diet. I noticed the readings arenโt entirely accurate (my bone mass fluctuates by 0.2 every now and then) but not a real concern for me. Overall itโs intuitive and very cool! Multiple people can use it; you each need a profile on your own app, my roommates and I all love it :)

Good sturdy scale, holds up to wear
I can't tell you for sure if it's accurate (though it seems like it probably is, and I have no reason to question it other than my own skeptical nature), but I do still enjoy getting a picture of all the things it measures. The associated app, which you have to have if you want to read any data other than your current weight - can put it on phone or iPad - is super simple to use. Sometimes, I don't have my iPad with me when I weigh, so I go back later to have it register that day's reading. If it doesn't pick it up on its own, I have discovered that just starting to step on the scale with one foot will activate the app. The other thing I've discovered is that sometimes you step on the scale and it will weigh you, but it won't go ahead and record the other readings. The remedy is to add moisture to your feet where they stand on the contacts. You can use lotion, or (sorry, this is gross, but it works) you can spit on or lick your hand and wipe it on the bottom of your foot. Your saliva has the electrolytes the scale needs to conduct electrical current into your body to take readings. Yep, sometimes science is gross...remember dissecting frogs?!? Another nice thing about this scale is that its app will talk to my Fitbit app and send my weight to Fitbit so I don't have to enter it manually. (I then have another app to help with diet, nutrition and exercise which takes weight and number of steps readings from the Fitbit app, plus Alexa can tell me what my Fitbit app says if I'm not near my iPad - don't you love technology?)

The Abyon scale is an excellent scale for the price!
Basics:It works with my Android phone and integrates with my Fitbit once the integration permission is allowed. I have not attempted to integrate with any Samsung apps. It integrates with my wife's iPhone, iWatch, and Apple Health app. Through both the connection of the Fitbit app on my Android device and through my wife's link of her Apple Health app, the Feelfit app does also updates MyFitnesspal.Accuracy:Both my wife and I compared the results with our old non-smart BMI scale, the Abyon, and an Inbody scale at our local gym. The results were all very close, but they were not exact. A few things I consider regarding these very slight variations. One, we certainly did not get naked at the gym to get our measurements on the Inbody. Two, we took our measurements a few hours apart, and most human bodies will undoubtedly vary based on quite a few variables, including fluid/water, inflammation (aka workout), food, and more. Overall, all three scales provide very similar results with the Abyon offering the a very easy to use app which tracks 13 body composition analytics in the ease of our home so we can take measurements at the same time each day. For avid users that want to get more granular, the Feelfit app does allow you to filter out A.M. and P.M. statistics, versus the default to all of your results. Ultimately, in our experience, the scale provides very accurate results when compared to the Inbody, which can run thousands, and we are not sure of the cleanliness of any public device.Issues:We have noticed that if both my wife and I take measurements without a paired device for a few days, then whoever pairs up next with their smart device gets all of the saved readings; however, the readings for the other user are lost and not able to be retrieved or synchronized. This issue is an inconvenience and bug that I hope the manufacturer fixes to maintain a great value. My immediate workaround for this bug is to buy another scale, as I do tend to wake up strip down to my birthday suit and try to jump on the scale at a consistent time each day. This bug should not be an issue for any folks that sleep with their smart devices; in our house, we sleep away from our phones to minimize any potential negative impact from excessive blue light, wireless (aka microwave), etc.Suggestions/Feedback to Abyon:Notwithstanding a few of the connection or setup issues that I have seen reported, which understand can be attributed to either the smart device or the scale. I am also not fond of the need to have my location services enabled for the app to work with the scale, but that is an Android quirk. I believe Abyon could up their star rating on Amazon and provide a lot more value by providing more information regarding the details on all the features of the product that are likely available from the original manufacturer. The setup guide that comes with the device is extraordinarily simplistic. It does not provide quite a few necessary details like how to calibrate the scale, or how the memory function of the scale works, how it works with multiple users, or how long will the device retain each user's measurements without a paired device, etc. A few branded Youtube "how-to" videos that address the most common issues, challenges, or requests would be very beneficial too. Additionally, perhaps you consider placing a QR code sticker on the bottom of the device, which would provide information and links about the product, the app, advanced features, troubleshooting, etc.Overall:The Abyon scale is well worth the current $30 cost on Amazon. For the price, it does an excellent job of providing us enough feedback to know if we are making the progress we perceive and desire. Is it 100% accurate, certainly not, but it is close enough, and very convenient when used consistently to provide us a lot of feedback and statistics that are informative. Besides, my wife and I are less concerned about splitting hairs on the possibly small technical percentages. Instead, we are more interested in having consistent feedback to know our efforts have an impact that supports us in our goals. Again, for $30 on Amazon, and including the Feelfit app, this is a tremendous value that will support you well with any weight, fitness, or body comp goals.

Still impressed after 4 years of use!
My old scale broke so, after a bit of research, I decided to buy this ABYON scale because of the good reviews. This is my honest review after 4 years of using it.The price is great, it looks sleek and modern, it's accurate when I compare it to the scale at the doctor's office, it has lasted 4 years without breaking or issues, the batteries last a long time, it's easy to connect to the app and compare weight over time, provides A LOT of detail in the app about what your specific weight shows healthwise, and gives consistent results. The app is awesome! I don't really understand how they can know such specific detail about you based on just your weight alone but it is extremely thorough and easy to read. I have had several phones over the past few years and the scale always reconnects to my app without issue.I have to have the app open in order for the weight to transfer over via Bluetooth, but it happens very quickly (and with a cute satisfying little chime). Both my husband and I use the scale and our weights aren't too far off from each other but this smart little scale is able to differentiate who is using it every time!If you are in the market for a new scale, I would recommend this one. It has withstood the test of time and has been consistently impressive for me.Hope this helps!

Fails at the most important part - accuracy.
My experience with this product has been terrible.- Extremely inaccurate and inconsistent, and changes value almost every time you stand on it.- App literally doesn't login on iOS- Measurement unit changed from KG to lb upon changing batteries, and couldn't fix it back from the android app.+ Android app is good, and could have great potential if the scale was reliable and accurate.
