Brilliant, now I can get more frozen food in the bag,than a previous cool bag I have, thinking about getting another one

Very flimsy. The zip can easily get caught up in the material, also the zip tog is too small in my opinion. My old one is a stronger material so I will only use the new one as an extra when needed.

I was unimpressed with the quality of this coolbag, sadly, as well as the misleading description. The coolbag arrived, was unpacked and initially we thought we'd been sent the wrong size. It's fine for maybe a 2 person picnic but only just, hardly the 'XXL Cooler Bag' in the title. The two 'batteries' are standard ice packs that work as well as any others after being in the freezer for some time first. The material and zips left a lot to be desired, it looks like cheap mass-produced workmanship with little in the way of quality control, the zip caught on first use when opening to see the inside. Not impressed and would not recommend this.

This is OK. The bag doesn’t feel particularly strong, but it’s lightweight, a decent size, and does an effective job. The bag is lined with mirrored foil fabric, and folds down effectively – with a thin plastic base that lifts out to allow the bag to be completely flattened. Supplied with two freezer chiller bottles. Bag has a zip-fastening pocket in the top and little mesh pockets around the sides. Webbing straps are nice and sturdy, though are only short length grab handles. The bottle opener built in to one of the handles is practical if you carry the kinds of bottles that require this type of opening on picnics/outings, but a bit odd for being sewn in to the handle as though it were a reinforcer grip.

XX Large cooler bag, this is huge and and really well made, perfect for those big family summer picnics or even when your doing a food shop can keep your butter, milk etc specailly handy if you decide on abit of lunch after Easy to carry, its sturdy so no need to worry about it giving out on you Price is pretty decent some might think its expensive but you get what you pay for

The cool bag I received was nothing like the one in the picture, it was a cheap looking plain blue one that was not even the same shape. Very disappointed.
