Good and convenient
I got this Wakame Cut Dried Seaweed for my favorite chicken soup recipe. It is delicious and very easy to use. When my soup is still hot, I just add a small amount of the seaweed to the bowl, and it turns into a nice chicken soup with seaweed. It only takes about 1 to 2 minutes for it to rehydrate. I only use a small amount, maybe about a teaspoon for a small bowl of soup, and it expands nicely. Great product and very convenient to keep in the pantry.

Handy and reasonably priced.
This is very useful for adding to rice, for example, because it is shredded. I enjoy it for additions to dishes.

Tastes great and you get a lot!
A little goes a LONG way with this! I use it in my miso soup and it's great! Tastes very good, hydrates fast, and has a great texture. And as I said a little goes a long way, so this will last you a long while!
