A game changer
I purchased this set strictly for the push-up board so my review is based upon that solely. I already do push-ups on a yoga mat, but bought this for proper hand placement to target different muscle groups. I really like this board because there are tons of different positioning options and I really feel like my push-ups have been taken to a whole new level. This board is much more difficult than doing a push-up off the ground, but I feel like it’s a lot more effective and I’m already noticing a difference in my physique. It’s very easy portable. I bring it with me to work, etc.. I would highly recommend. There are tons of other things you can do with it with bands too!

Poignées un peu fines
Planche très complète. Les poignées sont un peu petites, elles font un peu mal au mains.

Fun
I haven't utilized all the features but the bands are strong and practical to use.

Its great, HOWEVER
This is a great little "machine" to own. Curl with the bar, ab roller, push ups and many other things. However I was a little disappointed with a few things. First off the complete and blatant lie of store everything on the bottom. Not a single thing is big enough to stay in place. It just moves around and if you were to attempt to flip it over everything will fall out. So it comes with a bag for your storage of all the parts. The main reason I bought this was for small storage. Turns out that isn't going to happen. Now the bag isn't big but it isn't as described either. Some would call that false advertisement. Especially since it says it on the box even. Now it is great regardless of all that, but as you can see in the photos. The grips are tiny and meant for someone smaller such as a woman. The entire time it grips and rips the meat off my hands. Again it's great, easy to use and serves it's purpose. Just had a few downsides i wish I had known about prior but there were zero reviews on the orange model. Hope this helps

Great for home workouts!
I love this board. The color-coded system makes it super easy to switch exercises and target chest, shoulders, back, or triceps. It’s sturdy, comfortable on the wrists, and folds up easily to save space. Highly recommended.
