I’ve been purchasing this mouthwash for a while and I do like the product itself. It works well for me, and I plan to keep using it. That said, my most recent order was disappointing. When it arrived, all of the bottles felt sticky and almost oily, like there was some sort of residue on them. It seemed like maybe one of the bottles leaked or the package got hot during shipping, because the bottles felt gross even though the outer box itself did not look dirty or damaged. Overall, I still like the actual mouthwash and have had good experiences with it before, but this specific order did not arrive in the condition I expected.
