They don't seal, so humidity will clump the sugar. The capacity is less than a cup. The are easy to fill. The ball bearing in the lid gives it a solid feel. They do measure a single teaspoon. The green cap does not snap or lock on tightly and often falls off when you are handling the shaker. I returned them as they would not work in my house.

I'm not very impressed. It says it's supposed to measure out a tablespoon at a time but it's more close to a teaspoon if that. If I hadn't thrown out the boxes they came in I would send them back. I'm not saying you shouldn't try them, I'm saying that I wasn't impressed.

This product was terrible, I ordered 2 sets, 4 pieces, all 4 were broke. The quality is not good - the plastic was broken so the top wouldn’t screw on. In another one there is a metal ball weight in the top and it fell into my coffee.
