First week review: This is the real deal. Aged black garlic, powdered, in a capsule. I didn't want regular garlic capsules or "aged garlic extract." I always micro dose a new supplement by breaking the capsule and taking a small amount to see if I have a reaction. The taste: not biting or burning like raw garlic, more like a hint of garlic and a balsamic-like sweetness, so I know that yes, it is fermented aged garlic. It looks like finely ground black pepper. It tastes good to me. The first time reaction in my stomach was very pleasant, like what happens after eating an exceptionally healthy meal. (Maybe some of you have experienced that feeling.) I'm taking it for arterial plaque so we shall see. My blood pressure is perfect so far, but I did not have bad high blood pressure before. I don't often write reviews but I'm glad I bought this product.

Without a blood test I can't say if I have had the result that I desire - lower and better cholesterol numbers - I feel better and I seem to be sleeping better but whether this is solely responsible I cannot say since I have also taken other measures - but it has no bad effects - does not make my breath smell like garlic, does not upset my stomach and these are major determinates for me. I have read great things about this product and I truly believe in probiotic and fermented foods - garlic was something I tried in the past with no impact but this one is fermented and that may make all the difference. If you are like me and want to avoid medicine for better numbers it was a no brainer choice to try - I will go back in a few months and I hope for a good result.

So far I have seen great improvement on my Blood pressure. Dropping tremendously with Diet and exercise. The supplement is a great support but again is your consistency with your diet and exercise routine.
