Mine did not come with a cable or a stand. Though it did come with a mic clip. It's a Great mic all around!!

This mic is not wireless. It is a standard microphone like a Shure sm58 but it sound much better in my opinion. I would think that this microphone would be great for karaoke. I have two of them in daily use in my band and they never cease to amaze me.
