This mixes really well with minimal lumps (I use a wire-ball shaker) and it's really tasty. It doesn't leave any strange after-taste the way some proteins do, and it doesn't leave you feeling gassy. From either end, ha ha! People who have experienced that with other proteins will know why I've said that... ;)Vanilla creme is my absolute favourite, tastes nice when it's just with water, but tastes amazing when I sometimes have it at night mixed with milk for slower release.I'd definitely recommend this whey. I know there are others out there who need a slightly higher concentrate of protein, and therefore this might not be optimal, but for general use I think this would be suitable for anyone and will do the job nicely, whilst also tasting delicious!

BEST SUPPLEMENT EVER!!!!
I have experimented with many supplements over the years and I have to say since coming across EFFECTIVE NUTRITION at BODYPOWER EXPO 15 I will not go back to anything else. Mixability is unquestionable and taste is superb. I have tried the peanut butter and now the vanilla and I cannot fault them. Ordered one day delivered the next - will keep ordering every month...

Its Okay I suppose.
Protein is not the sort of product you can judge by results unless you train real hard, but then you don't know if it has anything at all to do with the product.Real tasty if thats what you're after, and price seems reasonable compared to others. I bought it to mix with my powderised oats for a home made weight-gain shake and i'll probably use it again cause I don't need to add sweeteners with it.

Flavour change
This used to be an awesome flavoured protein in any flavour. Last 2 I bought were rubbish flavour and both tastes the same even though one was chocolate and the other vanilla. Really unpleasant now and won’t buy it again.

Good Protein Shake and Flavour
Great protein powder in a great taste too. I have had the strawberry previously and fancied a change in flavour. It is a really nice vanilla flavour - think proper milkshake. It isn't fake sweet tasting which is good. It is also great to cook with.
