High Quality Kernels
I eat these for health reasons, 8-12 a day, sometimes sixteen. They helped with my symptoms within a couple of weeks. Some of the kernels don't have much flavor, some taste bitter, and some have a lovely amaretto aftertast. I find it a nice mix!

Checking the health benefits for myself.
The apricot kernel taste like a tannin laden almond very much the same texture. The bitterness is not face scrunching but is more tongue drying.

Almonds?
I’m not sure if these are what they say they are. As described they are not bitter. They look and taste like small almonds. I could swear I bought a bag of almonds. I’ll try another brand and come back for an update.
