I have used this exact Pilates ring as part of my nightly workout routine for years. It has cushioned grips, it is easy to use, and it seems very sturdy. Periodically, I buy a new one because using it all of the time for years means it slightly changes in shape. It is not noisy at all, so that's not a factor. I can definitely recommend this - I use it in multiple ways - e.g. pressing down on it on a vanity counter, and also free-handing it in the air. Great product!

Only gave four stars bc it doesn’t bend as much as the one in the videos I watch LOL. Not to say it’s hard to bend because it is not. Very comfortable and functions as intended. Great price as well.

Looks,well made and comfortable to use, hopefully strengthen our leg muscle, and actually interested my other half who is now trying it.Simple way to increase fitness at a reasonable price.
