Great product and excellent customer service

I ordered this for my father who is at risk of falling. Although a long delivery window given the company posted it 1st class and it arrived the next day. It works really well and I think this will keep him safer at home. Very happy with the product and very happy with the customer service. I have also sought their advice about other products and they responded to my questions immediately even when I messaged late at night. I believe this company provides great customer service and can advise you about which of their products will suit you situation best.

Disappointed.

Disappointed that the price was only for the pad not the alarm. The photo shows the alarm and gives the impression it is for the whole thing. Having said that the seller has been understanding and we are in the process of returning for a full refund.
