I had an excellent umbrella that I had for years, I left it somewhere. In looking for a similar quality I found the Tumella umbrella. I ordered it. When it came I was impressed with packaging and top quality. I opened it and immediately saw a loose connection so I contacted the company. There was s very quick response and after sending pictures the company replaced the umbrella without question. I am extremely pleased with Tummela. They do what they say. I highly recommend them. The new umbrella is strong and well built. I like it.

We bought two of these compact, heavy-duty umbrellas for a trip two years ago. They are great! They're easy to pack, store, open, and use. They didn't blow out in windy rain. We keep them handy and use off and on, especially when traveling. Then about 2 months ago, a little piece broke off the top of the umbrella. It still opened and closed, but I was concerned that the fabric and the frame would separate without that piece. Too much time had passed to address the issue through Amazon, so I went to their Tumella website. It was easy to find. I submitted a Lifetime Warranty request, and their very quick response was a request for shipping information. The agent was attentive and helpful, and the new umbrella arrived a few days later. This is a Lifetime Warranty with no questions asked and no hassle! Thanks!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really happy with this umbrella. It looks great, feels sturdy, and works exactly as expected. It opens and closes smoothly, provides good coverage, and is easy to carry around. The design is simple and stylish, and the overall quality feels really good for the price. Definitely recommend it!

Stopped working after 2nd use. Doesnt retract fully and won't stay opened even when trying manually.<(obsolete) EDIT: The orignal product I recieved was faulty, maybe damaged in shipping or it skipped QC. I was sent a new product within days of citing a complaint. Literally overnight shipped, which was great because I'm in the heavy rainy season and was almost tempted to buy another, but glad I waited a day. This umbrella is truly phenomenal, I do like the breather flaps on top that allow winds to pass through rather than creating upward currents/draffs, which would turn the umbrella inside out. Will buy for friends and would like to change my rating to 5-stars but can't some reason. May have to delete this review and put a fresh one up. Thank you for your phenomenal customer support, I'll recommend you to everyone. (I'll send updates and pics in the future) ***Well an update a day later, it does NOT hold up to any wind at all. It's not broken, but instantly flipped inside out from a random gust of wind during a quick little rain snap. Smallest gust and it flipped. I just let and arm get wet while I held it down but eventually gave up and ran back inside(was trying to save all the kitties outside because they aren't smart enough to run for shelter yet). Still happy with the purchase for the price. Most people don't have umbrellas so I'm still happy with the purchase. Not sure what the 100+mph guarantee means. Maybe those wind speeds cant break it but it will turn inside out, idk...

Probably my favorite umbrella. It works as expected. Push a button and the umbrella goes up and unfolds. Push the button and it unfolds and you push it down to lock it in place. As expected right? I like it because it feels sturdy and there are multiple different designs for the pictures the umbrella shows underneath it. And the price is pretty decent also.

Larger than standard and large enough to not need a “golf” sized. Light for its size. Good material. Bright yellow color is lovely - and yellow, not the weird yellow that’s being used these days. Use the button to open AND close and a simple push on top and bottom to compact it back to storage. I have bus duty at school and I’ve had to two other “inexpensive” umbrellas that have bent and been discarded. This one is durable and feels like it will last for years. Super product and super price. I’m going to buy more as gifts for my coworkers.

The umbrella is of a high quality, extremely well made and sturdy with a choice of unique designs. It is a bit bigger and heavier than your average umbrella, but is still compact enough to easily carry in a rucksack/bag. So far has been tested in heavy rain and windy conditions and it hasn’t let me down yet, would recommend

A great little brolly, which can stand up to the Edinburgh winds, which come from any direction. It is also stylish and fun and when its a horrible day you can just imagine yourself lying on the beach in the picture. There customer service is great as well, if you ever need to contact them.
