I’ve been using it for about a year for menopausal restless leg. Just a quick, light spray before bed and you have peace. It does feel a little odd when you first use it, like a dry oil.

I’ve been practising some days using it and some not - I think it helps but as I’m caring for my mum at the moment it’s hard to distinguish if I’m sleeping because of exhaustion or the magnesium! I think what it’s doing is giving me a less disturbed night which has got to be good. It doesn’t tingle but it does leave a salty residue which if you have cuts does sting a LOT so wash your hands afterwards.

This stuff works for me like magic potion, ten mins after I apply it to the bottom of my feet, I fall fast asleep.

Really eases muscle strain. Tingles at first but not uncomfortable. Whatever you do don't get this on any open would I forgot I had scratch where I applied it.. boy did it sting. Rinsed with cold water and it went away quickly

It's definitely helped with my sleep

Not for me as it really stung my skin and took ages to stop stinging I read all the info and expected some tingling for a short time when applied but it went on too long and I found it really irritating so haven't used it more than twice . In fairness I cannot comment on it's efficacy for cramp treatment as after 15 minutes I had to wash it off my legs due to the irritation which was very annoying as I had already had a bath pre applying it ,it may suit some but not for me so wasted money on this product ,might be worth selling a small amount as a tester to avoid disappointment and dissatisfaction for consumers hoping for help with painful nighttime legs cramps .

This actually works to my amazement. My mother-in-law recommended this to me and it really is good. I used it on the front of my thigh due to muscle tightness related to IT Band issues. After 1 week it was so much better and I am now using it only a couple of times a week. It dries really quick and doesn't leave an oil trace on clothes or bedding.

I definitely notice a difference when I do and don’t use for sleep. Magnesium pills I noticed no help in sleep but the spray I definitely do. I have been recommending this to family, friends, and coworkers! Wish I had known about this sooner!!
