Will it work with my phone?

The ARK Magnetic Wireless Charger works with any iPhone (12 or above) that uses MagSafe technology. It will also work with Android phones using Qi2 technology. For phones with Qi technology, we've included a magnetic ring to attach to the charger.

Is it compatible with cases?

If your phone case is a standard thickness of 8mm or less the magnetic wireless charging will work just fine.

is the magnet strong enough to hold my phone?

Oh yes! The magnet is very strong. Once the charging station has your phone, it’s not gonna let go without a fight :) If your phone is slipping, it is likely due to being an iPhone 11 or older, or an Android that lacks an integrated magnet.
