Description

This unit has two master sockets, which can each charge either a single 12V battery, or several 12V batteries connected in parallel (of same type, capacity and age). This charger also features a third socket for simultaneous trickle charging of another independent battery, e.g. a leisure or auxiliary battery. The main batteries will be charged at full power, while the additional battery is charged at max 4A.Compatible with Lead Acid/AGM/Gel.Key features:- Safe unattended charging: safety functions (protection against overload, overheating, overvoltage, short circuit, incorrect polarization and reverse discharge) allow the charger to be left permanently connected to the battery.- Charges during battery use: continues to operate at full power while energy is drawn from the battery.- Compatible with other charging sources: inbuilt mains suppression filter allows the batteries to be charged from alternative power sources e.g. solar panels, wind/ petrol generators, whilst connected.- 'Silent Run': a noise-optimised mode (e.g. for night time).
