I struggle with sleep and always have. I used to be terrified of Melatonin because I didn't understand much about it and the crunchy Facebook mommies talked about it like it was poison. However, desperate times call for desperate measures. My doctor has had me try a number of different prescription sleep medications, but nothing worked well, and if it did, I felt terrible the next day. I like a lot of other Olly supplements, so I thought I'd give these a try. I started with the recommended dose of 2. They helped me fall asleep, but I felt like a zombie the next day. I decided to half the dose and took one and it was like magic. I still woke in the middle of the night, but these consistently help me fall asleep and get at least 3 solid hours before my brain reactivates and keeps me awake. I have experimented with taking a second (still within the recommended dose of 2, just spread apart) if I can't go back to sleep after my first block of sleep and that often does the trick, but it does lead to some grogginess the next day. These are not the best tasting of the Olly line, but they don't smell bad, and I've gotten used to them. I find them generally easy to chew and swallow. The texture is more gummy than rubbery, and I definitely do see benefits. I have them on autoship because they work. I recommend them to my fellow insomniacs.

Great flavor. Not sticky like some gummies. Helps me relax, but doesn’t knock me out. I can still function and be alert. Works better for me than melatonin alone.

These work great for me. I have a hard time turning my brain off to sleep sometimes and these work fast. I get a well rested sleep and don’t feel groggy at all in the morning.

These OLLY Melatonin gummies work so well for me. They taste great, don’t have that weird vitamin flavor, and help me relax and fall asleep faster without feeling groggy the next morning. I’ve tried a few sleep supplements and these are definitely my favorite. The chews are soft, easy to take, and actually make bedtime feel relaxing. Will definitely keep repurchasing! The ingredients are good too.

It's strange that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, but I'll still keep buying it.

Great product. Works the way intended.

I usually wake up after 2-3 hours, but if I use the Olly gummies, I get to sleep faster and can sleep at least 5 hours without waking up. If I do wake up, it's easier to get back to sleep. And they taste great! These aren't intended to knock you out like a sleeping pill. They just relax you, making it easier to fall asleep. If you take them, and then decide to stay up, you can stay awake, but may feel somewhat relaxed. The regular strength didn't do much for me. Highly recommend.

It takes about an hour to kick in, but really works.

Works well to bring on sleepiness. Some of the melatonin products from other brands don't seem to work, makes me wonder if they really have melatonin in them. Expensive when taking regularly as have to take 2 to get a dose. Tastes good though, gummy format.
