Very solid. Clamp is half rotation instead of 1/4 to tighten but not terrible. The cold shoe locks work great and are a great addition.

I really like the value of this Top Handle. The added NATO Rail was a nice addition compared to other options on Amazon. The rail was a little too short for my FX30, so I ended up buying another attachment, but the provided rail did work. In a pinch, I had to use a single screw. It was tight enough and did not move, but long term, you'd definitely want two points of contact. I guess most people buy these handles to use with a rig, but I wanted something a little bit more minimal. The handle itself is great because it has two cold shoe mounts. I'm able to hold a monitor and wireless mic off of the handle. The current NATO rail blocks the camera's built in hot shoe mount, so my next NATO rail will extend forward a bit to allow space for attachments there.

The ergonomics and mounting points on the handle are very nice. It is very comfortable to use and is generally built fairly well. The NATO locking mechanism, however, is a weak point. After a couple of uses the threading on the mechanism stripped out and the handle stopped locking. I reached out to SIURI and they replaced the handle for me, which was nice and I appreciated their quick support.

One of the better handle working with camera case, used both with Nikon and Sony camera, feels good in hand, easy to use. Recommended definitely!!

Poignée légère et de qualité ! J’ai pu avoir la version NATO (qui semble indisponible), je l’ai monté sur ma cage avec l’adaptateur NATO. Tout mes accessoires se fixent parfaitement dessus ! Sirui je veux bien tester d’autres produits si vous voulez 😉

I’ve been using the SIRUI Lightweight NATO Top Handle on my Sony A7III cage setup, and it’s been a great addition to my rig. The quick-release NATO clamp is a standout feature — it makes attaching and removing the handle super fast, which is perfect when switching between handheld and tripod setups. It slides smoothly along the rail too, so you can balance your rig exactly how you want. The grip itself is really comfortable thanks to the silicone design, and it feels secure in hand even during longer shoots. It’s lightweight but still very solid, with a surprisingly high load capacity, so it handles a full camera setup with monitor and mic no problem. Only small thing to note is compatibility — like most NATO gear, you’ll want to make sure your cage or rail lines up properly, as not all rails are identical. Overall, this is a fantastic budget top handle. Lightweight, strong, and really practical for improving handheld shooting and low-angle shots. Great value for money.
