My favorite honey so far!
This is a delicate and complex flavored honey. It has a well balanced flavor and no part of it was overpowering or unpleasant. This is one of the gourmet honeys to buy as a splurge. It have a creamy texture, known as "set" honey in Britain. It is likely to separate just a little during travel and setting on the shelf. You could stir it well or just enjoy the experience of 'old fashioned' raw honey.
