Worked well
Works well but the powder does make you sneeze as its very fine so a mask is highly recommend. Value for money. Not too messy. Kills bugs quickly.

Absolutely brilliant and very effective!
Due to the recent heatwave we had a massive outbreak of flea beetles in our garden. They were everywhere eating the plants. There were hundreds all over the windows of the house as well. I had no idea how to deal with them until I read about DE. It has lasted a few days so far as we've not had any rain and very little wind. I didn't have a proper applicator at first so sprinkled it around with a trowel and paint brush (flicked). This worked but was a messy approach, but still effective. I now have an applicator so it's very easy to apply to both plants, bushes, windows, fascias, and any nooks and crannies. It is VERY VERY effective against flea beetles. In roughly 4-5 hours I noticed them just dropping off the windows and leaves. We now have literally 1 or 2 roaming around. They have all ben killed off very quickly. It can also be used for ants and many other insects. I definitely recommend this for anyone with a flea beetle problem or other insect issue (pet safe and indoors/outdoors).

Great for the chicken shed
I always have this to sprinkle around the chicken shed I also mix a bit into the straw it keeps the red mites at bay...they don't get a chance to establish at all . If you sprinkle this around and then use a sweeping brush to get a dust cloud going it will get into all the nooks and graneys.. Wear a facemask when getting a dust cloud going it will protect you from inhaling it I also use straw with eucalyptus to deter the flies..hang a big bunch of herbs rosemary lavender and basil the shed will smell gorgeous and this also deters the flies.

Handy for mould mites and clothes moths!
Our house is... well, bug-gy. Our dog brings home the odd inevitable flea, we see the occasional clothes moths in the Spring, and we have mould mites (boo) every winter. This is a handy way of limiting their numbers with each year. I'm pretty sure that the mould mites in particular would have been rampant by now if it wasn't for this stuff. I can't even tell you how bad it was... they were literally partying ON MY HEADBOARD and crawling across EVERYTHING the first time they appeared. We rubbed this into the carpets, beneath skirting boards, under furniture - and whilst obviously diatomaceous earth doesn't fix the root of the problem (mould/damp) - it's made a huge difference. I could count on both hands the amount of mites I saw this winter, and it has prevented any clothes moth eggs hatching. This was recommended to me on a forum and has actually been one of the handiest buys ever. It comes in a massive sturdy tub, is easy to sprinkle into carpets or fabrics, and has been a life-saver. Unless you're a bug. I hear this can also be used in flowerbeds to stop snails eating your plants, but I can't brign myself to test it. This stuff gets everywhere (you'll be sneezing brown dust) and it dries out your hands terribly, so make sure to have good ventilation and ideally rubber gloves.

Itโs done the job massive insect invasion was halted and that is why I ordered more.
