This backpack was a LIFESAVER for me on my 2 & 1/2 week Tanzania trip. Hold so many pairs of clothes and multiple pockets for everything you'd possibly need. Honestly could have gotten away with just using this backpack as my suitcase. Very sturdy straps that don't feel like they'll rip if youre a heavy packers, and they're wide so they sit comfortably on your shoulders. 10/10 travel pack

Great back pack for travel . It’s cute , made well and held a lot of clothes and shoes. The straps are adjustable and comfortable. The bag fits underneath the seat of the plane . Highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW!! I bought this for an unexpected trip I took to help out a friend with family. We were flying and didn't want the hassle of checking luggage. At 66 years old, I was looking for something light weight and easy -- who needs hassles! This backpack holds quite a bit, and all the zipper pockets on the outside are really handy (the large one that is the entire BACK of the pack which they say is for a laptop but I just put more items in, and the two smaller ones on the front). It's so convenient that it zips nearly all the way around so you can open it up like a book, allowing you to see everything in the main compartment as well as the two additional zip pockets on the INSIDE of the front. It's very light weight, which means about the only weight you're "toting" is what you pack. The shoulder straps are adjustable so can easily fit any size. I LOVE that it has a handle both at the top and on one side so you can grab it up like a suitcase if and when you prefer. It fits easily in the overhead bins of planes so there's no worry about anyone claiming it's "oversized" and has to be checked. There are a few pouches that come with it, but I didn't need to use them. It also has a "pocket" on one side that you can easily slip your water bottle/hot coffee travel mug into. I haven't been in the rain with it, so I can't personally speak to it being waterproof, but it is made of that water resistant material so I'm pretty sure you'd be good! In looking for this and seeing reviews on any number of packs I saw there were issues with the zippers. These zippers are made well and as long as you don't YANK on them crazily, I don't know why you'd have an issue. As I mentioned, I used this for a 5 day trip that turned into a 15 day trip, living out of the bag, and had absolutely no problems with it. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase and recommend it highly!

Love this bag. It is spacious and stylish. I can pack this with space for 3 days of traveling. It comes with 3 pouches that make organizing your items so much easier. Back compartment can hold my laptop, iPad and chargers, middle can hold clothing, shoes and toiletries, from section can hold passport, small purse/cross body, cell phone and other small items. Love the look and sturdy outer water resistant materials, which is thick and easy to clean. The wide padded straps make it easy to carry. The inside is lined as well. Very pleased with purchase.

This backpack is very convenient, sturdy and it doesn't hurt my back carrying it. It has amp amount of space for a mini trip and perfect for my laptop.

Giving 4 stars until I use it. I bought this bad boy to take to Ireland as my personal item for under the seat, flying Aer Lingus hoping it fits ok! I am currently very pleased upon opening it up. The white bag was the cover you could keep if you choose for when not using. The extra packing bags that came with are bigger than what I was expecting. The shoe bag fits my Teva hiking boots perfectly with room to spare for anything else you need to cram in there for the trip home. It also arrived today while raining so I thought what the heck I'll take it outside for a spin. I didn't let it out there for long but water was beading up for sure. So I'm hopeful for the waterproof part holding up. The inside is very spacious and lots of inside pockets. It's probably going to be my new favorite travel bag! If it holds up well this trip! You could easily pack enough in there for a long weekend. I over pack so I was originally wanting this as backup to my carry on and avoid checking a bag. I've decided to shove my carry on inside my checked bag because I know I'll bring home all the goods. This will definitely hold all your essentials for in the cabin with you while flying! Very well designed. Pockets galore. Size perfect for personal item ( I do pray Breeze Airlines accepts ) as Jet Blue is listed. Color pretty sage green. Side pocket on outside of is perfect for an Owala bottle, it is held in place with a strap. Not flimsy. Side clips to compress your back pack for less bulk. Adjustable shoulder straps which are well padded. Missing hidden zipper on back to keep important travel documents. No chest clip, no padding on back of backpack that is up against your body ( there is padding on different color).

I was skeptical about this backpack but I love it!! I got the 40L green backpack. Quality (4/5): The material is actually high quality. The exterior seems to be mostly made up of some type of synthetic canvas blend, which I’m fine with because it seems like it’d be easier to clean/wash when necessary. Storage (5/5): There’s plenty of storage space. As expected it came with three smaller storage cubes which come in handy for keeping it more organized. There are three main zippers/pockets: smaller one in the front pretty spacious. It could fit a normal sized paperback book or an ipad mini and still have plenty of room for other miscellaneous supplies like pens, hand sanitizer, tissue etc.. The primary pocket space is much larger, and has two sections. Left side has two zippers presumably for toiletries which is nice. Right side is noticeably deeper for packing clothes and comes with a strap. Final main pocket space is closest to the back, and the reason why I purchased it. I prefer to have my electronics closer to my back as it feels safer and also provides a nice back support. The space is large enough to keep a macbook pro or a smaller sized gaming laptop. Due note though the only thing holding that in place is a velcro tab so be sure to close the zipper otherwise it’s more likely to slide out. There’s also a smaller zipper on the very back which you can use to keep more important items like your wallet or passport closer to you which I really like for security purposes. Weight (4/5): When fully packed with clothes and electronics it’s decently heavy but not anymore than an ordinary backpack. Other features: It comes with buckle straps on both sides to extend or decrease storage size which is really useful especially when traveling on airlines if you need to put it under your seat. It has a luggage strap in the back which you can slide over a roller luggage to free your hands and a side handle to carry it that way as well. Lastly, there is a pocket on the left side which is large enough to fit a 12 in L x 3 in W water bottle or a small umbrella. Overall, I would definitely recommend the 40L backpack for light travel (long weekend) or as an additional carry one/personal item. You could use it as an everyday work bag or school bag, but it’s slightly larger than the average jansport so might be overkill.
