Waterproof ?
30 mins after fitting it rained heavily,I looked inside the mailbox and it had a pool of water in the bottom rather than send it back I drilled 3 holes in the bottom to let the water out.Not good as this was the reason I bought a new on in the first place.It doesn’t do what it says on the tin.

Damaged and not waterproof
Unfortunately the box was damaged and because we were going away after Christmas needed to install the damaged box as we needed a waterproof postbox while we were away however it was waterproof.

Could be a bit sturdier
Overall very pleased. Locks well and plenty of space for magazines and large mail. Easy to fit wall.

It lets in the rain
It looks quite smart, nice finish (glossy) I do hope that lasts a while. The drawback is that it lets in the rain.
