AMENQ Liquid Magnesium Glycinate 500mg, Magnesium Threonate Liquid w/Fiber, 100% Chelated Max Absorptions, Extra Strength L-Threonate Liquid Drops Muscle Nerve Brain Health & Support Digestion

I’ve been taking magnesium for years now and although I wasn’t looking to make a change, the brand I use, has become almost impossible to find so I’m testing out other options. This one was tempting because it’s pineapple flavored and in liquid form so I thought I’d give it a try. The box comes sealed in a cellophane wrapper. When I removed the wrapper, the smell that emanated was delicious. Yes, it’s strong but of course it dissipates over time. The bottle is also sealed so it assured me the smell wasn’t due to poor packaging or leakage. On the bottom of the box, are the manufacturing & expiration dates. This supplement contains others vitamins & minerals as noted in the listing and on the bottle & box. The supplement comes with a dropper that’s labeled so you can get the measured recommended amount without guessing, sort of. The “Suggested Use” instructions on the box don’t match up with the “Serving Size” also noted on the box. "Serving Size" is 2 ml but if you follow the “Suggested Use”, you would only be getting 1 ml since the dropper is for 1 ml, not 2 ml. So, you have to make a decision about which way to go. With that said, the supplement tastes great & leaves no after taste. It doesn’t matter to me because I’m not sensitive to it but I was surprised it’s red . . . I expected it to be yellow. I mention it so if you’re sensitive to food coloring, you’ll want to take a closer look at the ingredients. Additionally, labeling states GMO free, organic, vegan friendly, gluten free & plant based. However, no where in the listing or on the bottle/box do they state where it’s made and that’s a very important piece of information in my opinion. The labeling makes a lot of claims that I can’t attest to yet but as for supporting bowel function, that is confirmed. So far, I’m pleased with this item. I’d be happier if I knew where it was made though and unless they provide that detail, I probably wouldn’t buy this product.

This is an excellent Magnesium supplement that is very important for vitality. It supports health and wellbeing, and is known to help the digestion process for less bloat and stomach upset. I have found this works for me. I have had positive response now that I have been taking it every day. I have less bloating and easier digestion and feel more peaceful. It is good for cognitive ability and the formula is outstanding. I find liquid is easily taken and has less added ingredients. It is just pure easily absorbable Magnesium that you can’t go wrong by it. The liquid Magnesium Glycinate has 500mg, and is a detailed formulation that includes Magnesium Threonate Liquid with Fiber. It's 100% Chelated or maximum absorption, and extra strength. The L-Threonate liquid is important for a healthy brain and more clarity of the mind. This product is pure and premium quality, plus it is wonderful that it is highly absorption so it goes to work quickly. It’s sugar free and tastes delicious which makes me look forward taking it. I highly recommend it.

My problem with this supplement is pretty much the same that I have with most supplements. (Please see my review of Sehatu on amazon, which reiterates this problem.) The problem? Does the supplement work? And how can you tell? The claims made by the manufacturer of this product are many: enhanced healthy bone development; enhanced cardiovascular health, mood & focus; positive sleeping habits, i.e., healthy sleep cycle; amplifies exercise by reducing muscle cramps; and the herbs supplement supports balanced cortisol levels and a healthy response to stress. Those are a lot of claims for 2mg (two drops) a day of these drops. So after ingesting this supplement for a month, could I notice a before/after difference? I cannot honestly say that I did. Of course, as I stated in my review of Sehatu, supplements may be so subtle that it is very difficult to register such a difference. Nor in my case is there a control group taking a placebo. Perhaps had I taken some sort of test that could measure such differences before and after usage that the test would, indeed, empirically demonstrate an uptick in all the benefits made by the claims. Or perhaps if there had been a placebo control group, a difference would emerge. I didn't take such a test. I don't know if one exists; consequently, all I have to go on is my subjective awareness. As I say, by this gauge I could not detect any difference in bone development, mood and focus, sleeping habits, etc. It is of course always possible that others could experience a different, more obvious and positive reaction to this supplement. Also: Perhaps a 30-day supply of these drops is insufficient to establish the desired reaction(s). Anti-depressants require a minimum of 30 days to be effective. Maybe this is the case with these drops. I cannot conclude with any authority in this matter. I can state without equivocation that it tastes good. And also state, according to some online sources, that taking more than 350 mg of magnesium per day can lead to low blood pressure, confusion, slowed breathing, irregular heartbeat, and that it is not uncommon to experience diarrhea, stomach upset, bloating, and gas while taking magnesium supplements. The label on the bottle of the supplement states that the combination of various magnesiums in the drops totals 2000mg per serving (two drops). Did I experience any of the possible side effects listed above in the 30 days I took the supplement? I did not. Reactions/results may vary. Caveat emptor. In addition, I can state definitively that I will not be ordering any further supply because I am skeptical of its efficacy. But that's only me.

I have allergies to cinnamon, mint and some pepper, but I never thought that maybe the flavoring in these liquid drops might also cause a reaction in me. This is a fun and easy to take magnesium and I like how it is absorbed quickly into your body, it also has a yummy pineapple taste and is not difficult to swallow. My problem occurred after swallowing it when I felt my throat, tongue and lips thicken. I had antihistamine in our kitchen cupboard that I took immediately to relieve my symptoms but even today I still feel like my mouth is swollen. This does seem to be a high quality product that contains many vitamins as well as Magnesium glycinate, I wish that I could take it instead of pills, but I think I need to stay clear of liquid flavorings.

This Liquid Magnesium Glycinate plus supplement has so much good stuff in two little milliliters of liquid. I'm not sure how they get it all in there, but one serving contains 1000 mg of magnesium, plenty of Vitamins D3 and B6, Fiber, and Bromelain, as well. It sure helps to calm my jumpy legs and restless body, making me relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep. And, the pineapple flavor tastes great, too. Highly recommended!

Worked very well

This is a pretty good formula - suggested dosage is up to 2000 ml daily which is two of the droppers. 100% non-GMO, no gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners or preservatives and actually tastes very good. There is no sugar but it tastes sweet because of the glycerin used. You can put the drops under your tongue or add to water or juice. I've been trying to get extra magnesium and I like how the liquid absorbs quickly and therefore quickly utilized by your body. Very pleased with this product!
