A really great product, especially for the price!
First, I love the size of this refrigerator. A tad smaller than most built-ins, but the way the interior is configured, there is SO MUCH SPACE it doesn't matter and as a designer, it gives me the extra space on the wall for more cabinets or other high priority wall space needs. It comes as 2 separate units, and you just pick if you would like each unit to be a freezer or fridge, so in reality you could have two refrigerators or 2 freezers if you so wanted. Having three huge drawers for both fridge and freezer is a bonus. It doesn't come with any smaller drawers, but you can pick out very reasonably priced drawers on Amazon that have a variety of sizes and features, so that is not a draw back as far as I'm concerned; I would rather custom design my own interior! The door completely closes and seals and my vegetables seem to keep much longer. Please note the freezer does not come with an ice maker; no problem as I prefer a separate for my needs but do be aware. I do not know if this manufacturer makes one. All in all, a beautiful, well-made, impressive brand so far. I am so impressed I am going to order one of their ranges next; stay tuned!

Great Fridge
Love my fridge. Customer service has been amazing. Forno worked with me when there was a problem with my order. The fridge is beautiful. Be sure to level the units side by side before you install.

Customer service is non existent
Fridgerator is nice but customer service when I cracked a drawer is terrible. Tried using their service form. Got no response. Wrote a review on their facebook page and got an email saying they had responded to me. No way to reach a real person and get an honest communication because you cannot respond to any email they send you. This has been a month now. I don’t think if any thing goes wrong they will help with your problem or request. All I wanted was to get a replacement drawer.
