These are pretty good. I love the sizes, that they're sold as a set, and the walnut color is nice. However, they gave off quite a bit of fiber/pulp following the first wash and treatment with cutting board conditioner. Subsequent cleanings and treatments haven't been as bad but they still arent smooth and debris-free. Hoping they will get there with time.

Loved these board! Perfect sizes for food prep and presentation. I had purchased these to replace a much more expensive board that I had gotten at Sur la Table and found to be rough and unfinished...was surprised coming from a high end retailer. Returned the one and took a shot on these and they are great!!

Excellent quality and I like the two sizes. I usual the small one for veggies and fruits and the large one for meats. Holding up well against my uber sharp chef's knives, too.

I received these and they looked nice. I prooerly oiled them with olive oil and wiped them down. for first use. My old ones were tired and I had them for years. I was excitwd for this new item. BOTH split in half along the wood pieces lenthwise on first use - just sllicing herbs. Do not buy these. This seriously makes me quesrion if ANY reviews on Amazon are real. Cant see how these got anything but no stars.

Nice quality wood. Perfect size. They are both getting a lot of use.
