At first it did what it needed to do but now it has stopped working.
Needed a replacement macerator specific measurement and this did the job and the price wasn't bad either. unfortunately it has now stopped working. Brought it in Oct 2023 and stopped working in March 2024 so only lasted 6 months. I have contacted the seller directly for help wish me luck!

Great item, shame they don’t supply a pre fitted plug!
This is great little unit that was straight forward to fit. Instructions aren’t great so you’ll need prior experience when fitting. Fairly low noise when in use.

Do Not Buy!
Do Not Buy!! - Real review Bought in jan 2025 and finally got round to fitting it 3rd march 2026. First issue was the caps for the unused inlets, leaked the first day of it being used, had to fully remove the unit and wrap the caps in ptfe tape to stop the leaks and seal it properly. This had been used very lightly, not even a number 2 had gone through it yet, and on the 23rd of march 2026 the unit had completely failed. Managed to salvage the brand new floor I’d laid and isolated the unit before it damaged any more of the utility room. The build quality clearly isn’t any good, felt very cheap and the power cord was the worst type of stranded copper I’ve ever seen. Luckily I took out 3 years insurance on this product and they ended up paying out the cost of a replacement unit, but nothing for the damages caused. Do not buy this, I thought I’d be okay with a cheaper unit as it has very minimal usage, but less than 1 month is ridiculous!

Affordable
I am 100% satisfied with the communication, service and delivery. I initially had a problem with the macerator. Wasn't very happy at the start. But they handled everything so well. I had to change my review from 1 star to 5 star. Bravo! Will be recommending. Will be buying more in future Your LocalPlumber
