Amazing Coconut Finish
Vanilla almond milk, one scoop of rehab, half a banana, top off with frozen blueberries...amazing and tasty recovery from intense morning efforts. I really like to finish of the Coconut...well done!Boom!

This is a great product.
Rehab is great for recovery, it is a quick mix and has a good taste. It has good ingredients and is well designed. I use it after my runs so it is very helpful in keeping me going.

... much sodium and after drinking I feel heavy and like something just isn't right
Way too much sodium and after drinking I feel heavy and like something just isn't right. So far this and the Carborocket electrolyte drink have been a major disappointment.
