Ok right off the bat I know BCAAs have gotten a bad wrap lately but, how ever you feel about them a side this product provides you with EAAs that are absolutely essential for muscle growth! Not only that but the digestive enzymes for proper absorption of nutrients and proteins just make it even better now combine that with coconut water for hydration and energy what more can you ask for! The first thing I noticed when I opened Go Pronto is it was full. Like to the top full! I hate when you get a supplement and its only half was or a little better full. So you get more product right from the start. Taste... is pretty amazing! I have yet to do Mango, but Strawberry is pretty dang good! I will admit it's very sweet for 16 OZ of water. And if it's still too sweet then do less of a scoop or more water. Also, almost no foam and no twingy aftertaste. I just got it 3 days ago so seeing any difference will come in time. But Tim as a fitness expert is no joke. This dude knows his stuff and if he is going to create something that his name is on and use you know it has value

Delivery is always fast. I usually get it in 2-3 days after ordering. This stuff tastes great, mixes well, is easy on the stomach, and works great in my opinion. I recently had a major surgery and I started taking this before surgery (stopped 2 weeks before surgery) and resumed after surgery. It really has helped maintain my muscle, which was a huge worry of mine while I was unable to lift anything over 5 pounds. This product was recommended to me by my trainer and I'm very happy she did! Love these BCAA's!

Great product and a very refreshing flavor that you truly won't get sick of....I made it 4 stars because it did have artificial colors, red#40... personally I don't care if my product is red, blue, etc....as long as it taste semi good and most importantly works.

SWEET! I like the way it dissolved and mixed, but can't get past the overly sweetness of the product. Tried adding plenty of straight lemon juice, but the sweetness was still overwhelming. I'm going to search again for an unflavored product that includes the EEA's
